What Can Paragon's New Distributor Login Do For Me?

Over the last year and half Paragon Films, Inc. has taken huge steps in making upgrades to benefit our customers and stream line our processes internally. What this means for you as a customer is that you now have more access to your orders, returns, and pricing with us via Customer Portal (aka Distributor Online).  This all takes place in a familiar, user-friendly space created by Microsoft.

This newly installed Microsoft Dynamics AX system allows you to maneuver with the ease you would expect from a Microsoft product. The new website is streamlined and tailored to what we think our customers most want to see. However, if you find yourself in need of having access to data that is not currently available, we can easily add it to the view. Customer portal is a new tool Paragon wants for their customers to give them more control over their business with us. We strive to give our customers the best service they can get and want to give them reliable tools to enhance their business experience with us.

 

What information exactly can I get from customer portal?
The current portal offers details on sales orders, returns, invoices, pricing, and shipments. We are working with customer request and our internal team to continuously update with even more data to better serve you!

 

So, why should I use customer portal? 
Well, the first thing that comes to mind is that you have all of your business transactions at your fingertips. You can log on day or night to see your most recent order or that order you placed months ago and suddenly have questions about at 3am. You have 24/7 access to ship dates, invoice amounts, pricing and much more. 

Secondly, I would say you have the ability to have the visualization of what your transactions look like with us. Things can get lost in translation in all the hustle and bustle of today’s business.  Sometimes you just need to look at the order or inspect the invoice a little closer or find out if you did remember to call and place the return order with us. This is where customer portal will come in handy.
